Limo Hights
An Airbnb portfolio management and accounting system built and operated for a private hospitality client. It brings every property, booking, and financial line into one dashboard instead of scattered spreadsheets and calendars.
Problem Solved
The client managed a growing portfolio of short-stay properties across multiple managers and owners, with income, expenses, manager investments, and owner repayments tracked manually and inconsistently, making it hard to see the true financial picture of the portfolio at any given moment.
Result
A live system Fomad operates for the client today, tracking properties, bookings, income, expenses, manager investments, and owner repayments in a single clean dashboard. Access is restricted to authorised users only, so the login is not publicly shared.
TiimiPolku
A system we are building for Finnish hyvinvointialueet (wellbeing services counties) to improve social and healthcare team coordination and operational visibility. TiimiPolku is a private system and is not publicly accessible. It is still in pilot, and we are not overstating results this early.
